I wanted to post some character designs I'd created, and came across these, which were a serious blast from the past! These are characters I designed for a short story for Digital Webbing Presents way back in the day, I think around 2004 or so.
The story was called "Fight Junkies" and was about a couple of kids who bet on the outcomes of superhero battles. Some of my first published comic work. It actually turned out pretty well, and the colorist flaked at the last moment so I had to stay up till 4am coloring on Christmas morning to try to get it finished before the New Years deadline.
Good times.

Anyway, these characters were called The Champion and Lady Justice. Even though it was a while ago I think the designs still hold up.
